Redeem means to buy back. in the Christian world it is only God who can redeem us from sins. That’s the truth, you and I can’t, nobody can, only God can redeem us from our sin’s. He does so through Jesus (Hebrews 9:12). Did you catch that? The redemption price that was paid was not anything relating to money, but the redemption price was the precious blood of Jesus Himself.
How important is the blood of Jesus to mankind? How important should it be in your life? It Is Vital!

God would not allow His Son to shed His life-blood and then provide no means for mankind to contact that blood in some way

The Blood of Jesus brings communion with God (1 Corinthians 10:16). This term is also translated “fellowship” (Acts 2:42). That “fellowship” is with the blood of Christ. When we are redeemed by the blood of Christ from sin, death, and wrath, what becomes of our state in His Kingdom? We are……
- Forgiven – (Colossians 1:14) (Hebrews 9:22)
- Justified – (Romans 3:24)
All these great works of compassion by Him on our behalf, of which we could never do for ourselves, He did for us. We ought to be extremely grateful, giving thanks for His compassion that brings us from death and bondage – to life and freedom.
