Man left alone, without Christ, will produce his own philosophy of who God is, and his own philosophy about eternal things (Romans 1:20-23). But, as (1 Corinthians 1:20) tells us, God has destroyed the wisdom of the wise, the scribe, and the disputer (philosopher) of this age, making them look foolish. How?  The words that we speak really do reveal what is in our heart. Out of the abundance of the heart -the mouth speaks (Matthew 12:33-37). Notice – it is a result of the treasure stored in our heart (Matthew 12:35). Consider for a moment what your words reveal about you? Our words can sometimes hurt other peopleLying and flattery can be destructive – (Proverbs 26:28) 

Gossip creates strife and can destroys friendships (Proverbs 16:27-28) (Proverbs 17:9). Neighborly relations can be destroyed(Proverbs 11:9).
