First, we must appreciate the “power” of God’s Word…..

• It possesses the power of CREATION – ((Hebrews 11:3)
• It possesses the power of SANCTIFICATION – (John 17:17)
• It possesses the power of PRESERVATION – (Acts 20:28-32)
• t possesses the power of SALVATION and CONDEMNATION – (James 1:21) (John 12:48)
• Should this not motivate us to learn the Word of God?
• Would it not be foolish to neglect such power in our lives?

(Psalm 107:1)…..“OH, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.”

This Psalm is wholly devoted to the praise of God’s mercy. In each of the twenty-six verses of (Psalm 107), we have the expression: “His mercy endures forever.” The Psalmist was full of this glad thought. Our hearts too should be filled with the blessed assurance. The everlasting, unchangeable mercy of God is cause for unceasing praise and thanksgiving.
