One of the greatest verses ever given to man is (Ephesians 2:8-9)…..For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast. What a great “freeing” bible verse. Being saved, and in right standing with God, is a gift! It is something we don’t deserve, but is freely given to us anyway. We are certainly blessed. We cannot earn it no matter what we do. Deliverance from the curse, and right standing with God, …
Are You Blessed This Day?
There are four blessings that come into the life of the one who will be honest about his sins and will cast them down before the Lord. These are seen in (Psalm 32:1-2)…..Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. 2 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord does not impute iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no deceit.
- Their transgression’s are forgiven
- Transgression – means – to step over a boundary; or to cross a line – it is the act of open rebellion against the

Should I Get Baptized
Baptism is one of two ordinances delivered to the New Testament church, the other is the Lord’s supper. When talking about baptism understand that there are two extremes amongst people concerning its ordinance.
There are those who make it a requirement for salvation – called baptismal regeneration – this is unscriptural, as the thief on the cross alongside Jesus came to faith and never was baptized in water.
There are those who totally ignore it, deeming it non-essential and believing that a person baptized by the Spirit into the body of …
I Am
(John 18:1-11)…..When Jesus had spoken these words, He went out with His disciples over the Brook Kidron, where there was a garden, which He and His disciples entered. 2 And Judas, who betrayed Him, also knew the place; for Jesus often met there with His disciples. 3 Then Judas, having received a detachment of troops, and officers from the chief priests and Pharisees, came there with lanterns, torches, and weapons. 4 Jesus therefore, knowing all things that would come upon Him, went forward and said to them, “Whom are you seeking?” …
We Must Edify
As we pursue ways to edify one another as Christians, let us understand that it is really the Lord Himself working through us to edify His own people. Keeping that in perspective keeps us from boasting in ourselves. We are to edify one another. Edify literally means, “to build a house.” That is exactly what we are doing when we pour our life into others, we are edifying them, or literally building on the Lord’s house (1 Corinthians 3:10-17). How does God bring about edification in the Church?

WhenThe Helper Comes
(John 15:26)…..”But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me. The Holy Spirit’s desire and purpose is to help you, not to hinder you. The Holy Spirit is the third Person of the Trinity of God. It is difficult for humans to understand how there can be only one God, as the Scriptures teach, and yet be three distinct persons of the Godhead. So do not let it be an obstacle for …
According To Your Faith
(Matthew 9:29)…..Then He touched their eyes, saying, “According to your faith let it be to you.” God responds to faith. God blesses people who have faith. Don’t you appreciate people who have faith in you? Well, God appreciates people who have faith in Him. But His reason is not selfish, as ours may be. God knows His ways are right and bring blessing, while protecting people from harm. So, when we have faith in God, we will follow His instructions, and the world will be a better place.
When everyone has faith …

What About Judas?
Like everyone else who followed Jesus, Judas was probably expecting Jesus Christ to overthrow Rome and break the yoke of Roman oppression and deliver Israel, establishing a restored kingdom, and richly reward His followers. But every day Judas and the other disciples witnessed the character and compassion of Christ, they heard His words and they saw His works. Every single day was a display of the grace of God for Judas and for the rest of the twelve.
A study of Judas’ life reveals that he enjoyed many of the same …
