For if, by the trespass of the one man, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive God’s abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ. The New Testament reveals the good news that God offers righteousness as a free gift to everyone who receives the Lord Jesus Christ. Righteousness means right-wise-ness, or being right. So righteousness is right standing, or good standing with God.
Righteousness is a GIFT from God, not something you can …

What does God (through the Psalmist – David) say about His Word in (Psalm 19:7-11)?
1. The Law of the LORD is perfect - converting the soul
First, we must appreciate the “power” of God’s Word…..
Second, we must feed on God's word like newborn babies longing for their mothers' milk. We need to long for the word…
(Psalm 78:4)…..We will not hide them from their children, telling to the generation to come the praises of the Lord, and His strength and His wonderful works that He has done.
This is our commission too. We are to tell the generations to come the praises of the Lord, to tell them of His stregnth and the wonderful works He has done, and that we might give testimony that God’s word is good (Psalm 19:7). The generations to come must hear the praises of our God from our own lips. …

(Psalm 107:1)…..“OH, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.”
This Psalm is wholly devoted to the praise of God’s mercy. In each of the twenty-six verses of (Psalm 107), we have the expression: “His mercy endures forever.” The Psalmist was full of this glad thought. Our hearts too should be filled with the blessed assurance. The everlasting, unchangeable mercy of God is cause for unceasing praise and thanksgiving. Let us read what is said about God’s mercy in the well known Psalm, (Psalm 103)…

The apostle Paul had such a glorious vision of eternity and heaven that he was in great turmoil over a desire to depart and be with Christ or to remain in the flesh. He realized that there was nothing in this life that offered any comparison to what eternity offered.
(Philippians 1:23-24)…..For I am hard-pressed between the two, having a desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better. Nevertheless to remain in the flesh is more needful for you.
(2 Corinthians 5:1-2)…..For we know that if our earthly …

Did you know that the Bible tells you to imitate God? It surely does! We can read in (Ephesians 5:1-2)…..Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children and live a life of love, 2 just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
No doubt you have seen a child imitating their parent, their favorite super hero, or actor. Sometimes those being imitated are pleased, but sometimes embarrassed. Just as earthly children imitate their parents, super hero, or favorite actor, …

(Philippians 4:13)…..I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. We can take those words to the bank! I mean, those words are absolute and true. God often makes statements in the Bible that go against what we feel like, or what it looks like to us at the time. Never the less they are true. God is trying to move us to a higher plane of faith where we depend on Him and not on what we feel like. Others try to evade the issue by saying that a …
